Johnstown Estates

Johnstown Estates is a luxury new home neighborhood in the heart of Great Bridge, Chesapeake located off Waters Road and Johnstown Road. Phase I has a minimum lot dimension of 10,000 square feet with 33 homesites. Phase II has a minimum lot dimension of 10,000 square feet with 13 homesites. Currently, we have six new home models to choose from, both two stories and ranch, with square footage ranging from 2,700 to 3,200.
